Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Clarry, a payment automation workspace operated by Clarry ("Clarry", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
1.The service
Clarry helps organizations turn incoming payables into trackable, auditable payment workflows. The service includes document intake, data extraction, approval routing, and related tooling. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.
2.Accounts and organizations
You need an account to use Clarry. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us promptly at support@clarry.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organizations may invite members and assign roles. Administrators and owners control workspace settings, membership, and approval permissions, and are responsible for managing their members' access.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, or that contains malware;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems, or probe or disrupt their integrity;
- reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the service except to the extent the law permits; or
- use the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
4.Your content
You retain ownership of the documents, payable data, and other content you submit to Clarry ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the service for you, including running automated extraction and workflow checks. We do not sell Your Content. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5.Automated processing
Clarry uses automation, including machine learning, to read documents and assist with workflows. These outputs are suggestions to support your review, not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying payable details and for approving and executing payments. Clarry records payment state as a ledger; it does not move money on your behalf unless a connected integration explicitly provides that capability.
6.Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice before your next billing period.
7.Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, email intake, identity, or bank-verification services). Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8.Intellectual property
Clarry and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us and protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in it to you.
9.Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
10.Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated outputs will be accurate.
11.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
